I will not buy a vehicle out of another state anymore. I was told the SUV was in good shape. I was sent a video that didn't show me rust and dents. The day I received the Escalade, there was rust on the rear fender, the corner panel, and front fender. Also, the tailgate doesn't work, and A/C compressor is bad. I understand when it is AS IS. But wow, when you lie to get a sale, that's bad. If I was told what was wrong, I would have never brought the Escalade. Now I'm spending more money I didn't expect to. Now it's sitting because the 30 day temp plate expired. I'm waiting for PA to send me a plate. More

Bought a brand new car there 11 months ago. Transaction went smoothly. I bought the car knowing I was trading it in come spring. THAT’S WHERE THINGS WENT WRONG. I came in to test drive a vehicle and they took my car to do the appraisal. The car had 9,000 miles on it when I pulled into the parking lot. After I left, it suddenly had 20,100 miles on it, so they tampered with my mileage, which I can only imagine to give me less for my trade in. I do not even drive a lot so apparently Bob Mills and Alexandra in the service department think I am both blind and incredibly stupid to think I could put 20,000 miles on a car that was only my main driver for 9 months just going back and forth to work. I cannot get a response from them so now I have to go through the trouble of going to court instead of just trading in and getting a vehicle I want. I have never dealt with such a shady dealership. Never leave them alone with your car. More
Purchased a vehicle brand new and it had a scratch that I pointed out before finalizing paperwork. Took it back yesterday so they could fix it and put my paint protection on.
