I had an appointment set up on Monday at 9:30 am . I arrived on time. I have a Bluetooth issue the volume is very low when I receive calls. I came back after 1 pm and was told they need to look at som I arrived on time. I have a Bluetooth issue the volume is very low when I receive calls. I came back after 1 pm and was told they need to look at some software about my situation. I never received a phone call about the status of my vehicle. I pull up to your dealership with my friend who picked me up from your dealership to see my vehicle parked in the back lot. I walked inside to the service desk, I say what was the problem. The woman at the front desk who's name I forgot stated I was about to call you. The technician has to look at some software we will give you a call later on this afternoon. That call never happened. Tuesday morning I go back the same woman tells me the technician is waiting to hear back from the warranty office or something to that effect meanwhile let's set up another appointment. I didn't like the way I was treated. More

This has to be the worst dealership known to man! I do NOT recommend this place. I purchased a used truck here about a year ago which wasn’t as advertised (which I found out later). That was my mistake for not doing better at checking it out prior to purchasing it. I assumed I was t going to be taken advantage of ( won’t let that happen again ). Just brought it in for a complementary service and it has taken over 2 hours for an oil change. If you value your time and money this is not the place for you. More
