When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and when I sat down and started working the numbers with him he was very informative and down the earth. I had stopped purchasing cars at Wesley Chapel Kia because of the previous owners and we took a chance this time and we were not disappointed. Our salesman Shawne was just amazing with excellent custo because of the previous owners and we took a chance this time and we were not disappointed. Our salesman Shawne was just amazing with excellent customer service skills. I bet he could run the place. Nick in finance was truly helpful, personable and funny. Perry in finance was very thorough and let me question anything that I needed to and fixed any concerns and help me choose the right plan for tires and any scrapes I might get on the rims. Even though it was a very long day for several different reasons, which is no fault of the dealership, the end of the day was very delightful and even fun. Perry, Shawne and Nick, I would definitely give them my business again. We got the car we wanted at a price or almost the price we wanted and felt very lucky for the managers deal. You cannot say that they didn’t do everything humanly possible to make me happy and I put them through their paces. I never once felt pressured, which is the main thing I hate about dealerships. They have a great team going there and I would highly recommend other people to check out the new owners because it’s so different there at Wesley Chapel Kia. We love our Telluride! More
