Buyer Beware—Especially if Purchasing from Out of State! We purchased a vehicle from Wesley Chapel Kia, and while the buying process was relatively smooth, the customer service deteriorated dramatically on We purchased a vehicle from Wesley Chapel Kia, and while the buying process was relatively smooth, the customer service deteriorated dramatically once the sale was complete. The dealership sent our registration paperwork to the wrong location, resulting in a frustrating ordeal lasting more than THREE MONTHS, during which I was driving with an expired, temporary tag. Numerous calls went unreturned, employees were often unhelpful, and some were downright rude. The lack of accountability and follow-through was astonishing. The one shining exception was Alejandra, who went above and beyond on two separate occasions to resolve problems that weren't even her responsibility. She is exceptionally kind, patient, resourceful, and professional. When everyone else failed to help, Alejandra took ownership and followed through. She deserves tremendous recognition! Unfortunately, one outstanding employee cannot compensate for a dealership that seems to lose interest in its customers once the sale is finalized. I would strongly caution anyone considering an out-of-state purchase from Wesley Chapel Kia. Our experience was unnecessarily stressful, prolonged, and deeply disappointing. More
