Sales person was easy to deal with. We had a good experience until we got to financing. The finance manager tried to trick us into signing without telling us he added an extended warran We had a good experience until we got to financing. The finance manager tried to trick us into signing without telling us he added an extended warranty to the note at a price of $4,500.00 . If I hadn’t caught it it would have cost us an extra $100.00 a month. Other then that it was a pleasant experience. I would say just watch out when you use there financing department. More

Shawn helped us secure our 1st GMC vehicle back in 2022, after a nationwide shortage prevented our custom build from happening. And Heritage GMC was the ONLY dealership not tacking on the $10,000 dealership after a nationwide shortage prevented our custom build from happening. And Heritage GMC was the ONLY dealership not tacking on the $10,000 dealership upgrade back then, which we obviously appreciated. So when we were in need of another new vehicle our first and only though was to go back and see Shawn at Heritage to help us figure out what would work best for us. More

Just like most dealers they have add on sticker for over priced add ons. It took 2 days to buy the truck after waiting 3 hours to find out they could sell the truck because a recall had to be done. The cam priced add ons. It took 2 days to buy the truck after waiting 3 hours to find out they could sell the truck because a recall had to be done. The came in the next day and wait an hour for our appointment to sign the papers. The price was ok but a lot of little things made it cumbersome. More
