Again, I worked with Shawn Richter from an appointment made by him. I arrived on time for the service. Shawn and the two other service coordinators wore masks and were careful with distancing. He helpe made by him. I arrived on time for the service. Shawn and the two other service coordinators wore masks and were careful with distancing. He helped me with getting the rental together and quote a time which was met. Shawn greeted me and also gave assistance for tire pressure including reset as well. I am not sure who serviced my car, but they made it a point to use a floor sheet as well as plastic up my wheel to avoid a contact issue. The service at this dealership is always outstanding to the point of being a Japanese-style total service location. More

During the recent extreme cold spell, the battery died on my 2-year-old Honda Odyssey. After getting it towed in, it was a quick and simple replacement, under warranty!, to get us back on the road.
