The central service department is top notch! I called for an appointment and was booked within 10 days. I worked with Shawn who was extremely professional but at the same time didn't make it seem I called for an appointment and was booked within 10 days. I worked with Shawn who was extremely professional but at the same time didn't make it seem like a business deal. He was totally transparent with the issues my car was having and then laid out many different options for me to choose from in order to fix it. At no point did I feel like he was pushing me in one direction or the other. I also LOVED the fact that he called immediately to let me know the issue BEFORE doing any other work to the car, he let that be my decision! I ended up driving a new car (certified pre owned) off the lot that day!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Rude, unprofessional. Minimal information. Maximum cost. Even with”best warranty ever”. Felt like I’ve been scammed. Car has under 37,000 miles. Do I understand New Englan Minimal information. Got the issue resolved. I visited the service department for an oil change and mentioned start/stop feature did not work after a day after having it serviced. Shawn asked for I visited the service department for an oil change and mentioned start/stop feature did not work after a day after having it serviced. Shawn asked for details and took it upon himself to schedule another visit to have the issue resolved. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and the process to find the issue would take more than a day with a Chrysler technician. On the Friday afternoon, it was found to be a sensor issue. I am grateful for the Service department for fixing the issue this time. I am glad Shawn offered to schedule another visit and assuring me that it would fixed. Thank you. More

Great service I dropped my car off on Sat- at least ahead of the time scheduled by a week or more. Only because I'm at least 45 minutes away from the Dealer. Because of the traffic I wanted to get my car there so when they had an opening they could do it. They had it ready on the following Monday and I was in Braintree ,Ma when they called me at 2:30pm so I said I'd be there a little after 3pm and it worked out great. This Dealer is the Best. I am so glad I bought my car from them. I just wish my salesman was still there because he was so nice and did a great job. I got the 2nd car I wanted. the first car I wanted was $10,000.00 more so I settled for my second choice-which I'm so happy with!!! More
