Great experience. I needed a tire replaced. I was able to find the tire and have it replaced very quickly. I called on Friday and was able to be seen and have the tire I needed a tire replaced. Everything went smoothly. I expected the repair to take a couple days, but they were able to diagnose and repair my car in one day. I just wish Shawn had texted me as agreed. I missed his phone call due to meetings and I didn't get any updates until afternoon. However, I appreciate the information provided once we did speak. 5 days to get a month old car fixed We brought the car in for Service Monday morning, told late in day it part would be there Tuesday and would hopefully be done Tuesday. Tuesday no cal We brought the car in for Service Monday morning, told late in day it part would be there Tuesday and would hopefully be done Tuesday. Tuesday no call until I called late in day was told it would be done Wednesday. Wednesday no call til I called late in day and told the part would be in Thursday and I would have by end of week. Car eventually done on Friday. One month old car. My third and final purchase from this dealer. More

Great service, great experience. There is never a wait when I pull in for service. I am welcomed as soon as I pull into the garage and taken right to my service booth immediately. They are honest and extremely up front in service, I always know exactly what they are doing and what it might cost. The wait is minimal and if you need to wait for a longer job the cafe is AWESOME!
