Was never greeted at arrival. Keith just gave me a blank stare as I approached his desk to check-in. When I told him my name his response to me was “Go see him”. I went to see Shawn and he told me that even though I made an 11:30 appointment online that they were backed up and it may take up to 2-2 1/2 hours to get to my car. The way that these two gentlemen spoke to me was very unprofessional and I’m thinking why should I bring my car to be serviced here if I’m going to be treated and spoken to in this manner. Shawn got better once he noticed my disgust with what I was experiencing. The best part of the visit was the actual mechanic who serviced my vehicle, he was fast but thorough. More
