Dealerships have a built in customer base of people who only bring there cars to dealers for service, so some of them like South Point Hyundi don’t care about winning business, customer service, or being h only bring there cars to dealers for service, so some of them like South Point Hyundi don’t care about winning business, customer service, or being honest. They will try an rip you off and don’t care if you come back because they know they have a steady supply of customers who won’t bother to look and see they have 2 out of 5 stars with hundreds of bad reviews. However I do applaud their effort to hire special needs adults to work there. More

Victor Cabrera is the service floor manager and he is a great guy! He takes genuine interest in identifying and fixing issues. He took the time and put in the effort to address all the complaints I had wit great guy! He takes genuine interest in identifying and fixing issues.
