I am handicapped. I’m in a wheelchair. I have a lift in the back of my van as my wheelchair won’t fit in a trunk, so I don’t have the luxury of having someone “give me I’m in a wheelchair. I have a lift in the back of my van as my wheelchair won’t fit in a trunk, so I don’t have the luxury of having someone “give me a ride home and bring me back”. I had an appointment for 11:00 for which I waited 3 weeks with my change oil light flashing. I waited for 5 hours sitting in my chair. The bill came to $700+. The next day I squirted windshield wiper fluid to clean my windshield and discovered the wipers wouldn’t clean the lower portion of my windshield. This was requested when I turned the van in.
