Our visit attempt to make an appointment was not done correctly and we were told a date but there was no appointment. We made a second appointment. The work was done but we were waiting for a warrant correctly and we were told a date but there was no appointment. We made a second appointment. Our advisor was out ill the second day and we had no response until 5pm that evening from the manager saying it was OK to pick up the car. In truth the warranty payment was not verified until the 3rd day when our advisor was back in the office. Have someone take over your cases if you are ill. The manager should be responsible! More

Everytime our truck, our only vehicle, has required extensive work, beyond its routine maintenance and oil changes, our family has experienced some unrelated challenge simultaneously. The team has shown real care and empathy for our situation and moved heaven and earth to make the required repairs a non issue in crisis we were confronting. The have expedited the work so that we didn’t miss travel reservations and non refundable event tickets all the way to making sure we got to the bedside of my wife’s father when he passed after a decade long fight against Alzheimer’s. We will never forget their sincere care. The relationship we have with the service team here is why we would consider future vehicle purchases from this dealership. More
