Best place to buy a car: new or used. I've been buying cars there for the past 11 years and I would not go anywhere else. Honest, nice and friendly, like family! I recently purchased my SIXTH Honda vehicle, a CR-V EX-L. I have very severe back problems from twenty years in the construction industry and another twenty years working on concrete floors as a Technology E I have very severe back problems from twenty years in the construction industry and another twenty years working on concrete floors as a Technology Education teacher. The CR-V with the ten way seat and power lumbar cushion turned out to be the ONLY vehicle/seating combination that would allow me to continue to drive comfortably! I have always encouraged my kids (who each own two Hondas of their own now) to buy Honda for high value, low maintenance, comfort, fun, and "just turn the key and go RELIABILITY". I would also recommend that you at least give Honda a serious look when you choose to purchase your next vehicle. Of special note in my recent experience are: Rick Squires the Manager in New Car Sales, Shawn Baney my Sales Representative, John Hofmann in Finance, and Troy Johnson in Service. Each of these gentlemen get five of five stars from me for excellence in their respective areas of expertise at Don Ayres Honda. More

Shawn contacted me after I submitted an internet request. He was friendly, but not pushy on the phone. When we arrived on site, he determined our goal with the purchase so he could better advise us. He was professional, knowledgeable and helped us find the vehicle we had located on line. During the test drive, he fully described the vehicle including both positive and negative aspects. He facilitated a fair trade in our current vehicle and we were able to complete the entire purchase process within 2 hours. Since this was a simple purchase of a reliable vehicle for our kids - we appreciated his professionalism and ability to streamline the process making it quick and painless. We feel the purchase was a positive experience and that we have purchased a reliable vehicle that we can feel confident having our children drive. More

I had a low-stress pleasant experience purchasing a used vehicle for my college-age child recently. Shawn Baney provided excellent and professional customer service. This is the second Honda I have purchase vehicle for my college-age child recently. Shawn Baney provided excellent and professional customer service. This is the second Honda I have purchased with his assistance, and will utilize his expertise again for future auto purchases, as I am definitely sold on the Honda product! The service department is excellent too, as another Honda automobile has been serviced there for the prior five years. I was able to bring the potential car I was considering into the service bay where Troy willingly took a look at the tires, discussed the wear with me, and additionally discussed recent maintenance on the particular car. The certification checklist was helpful too, and I feel confident that I have purchased a safe and reliable from Don Ayres Honda. Shawn was able to arrange additional cleaning on the car per my request, and I feel also assisted me with attaining a fair price. I would highly recommend this dealership and also talking with Shawn Baney (and any of the professionals in the Service Department too). More

Everyone was very informative, explained everything well, were extremely nice. They knew what I was looking for in an automotible (features, accessories, comfort, gas mileage, looks, etc.). I bought a 2009 Traverse and had to fill the tank to get home, not enough gas in the tank to get across town. The rear windshield wiper needed replaced and when I mentioned it, the salesman who had been gr home, not enough gas in the tank to get across town. The rear windshield wiper needed replaced and when I mentioned it, the salesman who had been great up to that point told me it would be easy for me to replace. It was not. I had to take it to a service center to have a mechanic replace it. A few months ago, I found out I had to replace the tires. Turns out they have enough tread but are cracking between the tread. It will cost me over 800.00 to replace them. I haven't owned the vehicle for a year yet! How was this missed in the inspection the dealership says they do? Very disappointed! More
