This is a 6 star dealership not a 5 star , I & my family have and own over 12 Honda's over a period of the 30 yrs , currently we have 3 Honda's now a 1992 Honda & a 2006 Accord, 1996 Accord witch is brand new and it is in my garage & has less than 1000 miles on it . Just to let you know I am a 47 yrs service technician for a local industrial fork lift dealership & have a very good knowledge of what excellent service is all about..... Great Car Buying Experience From my first inquiry, every experience with Don Ayres Honda has been what, in my experience, a car buying experience should be: prompt follow up, not From my first inquiry, every experience with Don Ayres Honda has been what, in my experience, a car buying experience should be: prompt follow up, nothing pushy, fair advertised pricing, no hidden fees, etc. Because I had a special credit circumstance, Shawn had the good sense to have me talk with the finance manager, Jami, to explain my situation and see what could be done. Jami was able to get me financed, and kept me informed all along the way. This is the first time I purchased a used vehicle, and I felt very comfortable doing so. The photos and Carfax make things a lot easier these days, given that I was 90 miles away and didn't have the time to be traveling all over to view vehicles. Shawn promptly answered my questions, found out answers I needed, and made everything easy. Having been shopping for a couple of months, I have had some less than favorable experiences with car dealers. This experience however, was awesome More
