It's kind of hard to diagnose when the noise is intermittent. If you need a rental you're more than welcome to come and get one. Shana said I go on vacation tommorrow. You can get ahold of the service managers. Miguel Obregon,Christian Povsic oe my co worker,George Ruiz. I called Shana Sept 8th left message. I wrote it will be 5 weeks tomorrowI droped off Ram 1500. George sent me one text. Said he would let me know progress. He has not text or called since I picked up a loaner on Aug 27th.Truck has Ram Certifided warranty for a year. Sept 9th Shana said Hello and goog morning. I spoke to technician manager, and director. they are stating that sluge and debris are found inside the engine due to lack of maintenance. The sluge is not my problem it was Ram Certified. Kendall Ram Dodge refused to clean inside valve covers or perform work. I took truck to Dadeland Dodge and they repaired under warranty. Engine has ticking and misfire after sitting for 5day. Shauna left on vacation. Truck sat there for 5 weeks. Found sludge in top of valve cover. Top of cylinder head was clean. Dealer refused to honor warranty. Just bought Truck on 06/02/2025. Terrible customer service very un personable. Stay away from this dealer. More
