Friendly and professional service provided by everyone I encountered. The customer waiting area was stocked with food, snacks, and drinks! I didn’t want to leave! Staff Friendly, but lack transparency which leads me to question integrity. Had to make several trips and still unsure if services they say they performed were completed as promised. No signatures on any of service documents I received. Management defensive I ask for verification or clarification related to car being CPO. Still don't know if car was fully serviced. More

The sales rep Steven was respectful and kind but has a lot to learn. Based on the pricing structure and offers in felt lied to. Their prices are higher than other dealerships and they tact on fees but c lot to learn. Based on the pricing structure and offers in felt lied to. They were the only dealership that had the exact Palisade I wanted so they had me where they wanted to do to speak. Thankfully I got a quote before going and made them honor the lower price. I can't recommend this dealership. More
