I eas there with my kia stinger gt2 i have problem with usb port because my phone doesn't connect to my car i told them my car is still under warranty and i bought extra warranty they didn't fix it giving usb port because my phone doesn't connect to my car i told them my car is still under warranty and i bought extra warranty they didn't fix it giving me excuses saying if YouTube on car play will not connect the i told them i will do what they told me if doesn't work i well call them and it didn't work any way i call them 5 times no one picked up the phone i call front desk ask them to give my number to service manager to call me i never got call from him then i call them next day same thing happened but some how i call them 5 or 6 time someone picked up and give me appointments after 1 months i don't know if i wants to go back to them More

Not very impressed with communication. Had to call multiple times to get a callback. Sales rep was condescending. My used vehicle was supposed to be detailed before delivery, however they didn't bother cleaning the interior. The console was dusty, the cupholders were dirty, the seats hadn't been wiped. Would not recommend to anyone. More
