I stopped by Kia on a Saturday to see what they had and walked out with a three year lease on a sportage about three hours later. They took care of everything. The car ran great and when the lease was expiring I went back in and met with Dillon and picked out a new 2019 sportage and Dillon set everything up in no time and I had my new 3 year lease. Tom was helpful and showed me the type of vehicles I had indicated I wanted and within my price range. He also spent almost 2 hours out in the cold because I was unsure. Didn't think I wanted to purchase a vehicle this quickly, but working with him and Shaun after looking around, decided to buy a new car! Keara was very attentive when I returned (more than once) and remembered who I worked with. When it came to the financial talk, Henry was also patient and explained everything in full. My salesman, Dillon Working with Destination Kia was the best and easiest experience I've had in all my years of trading-in or leasing a new vehicle. My salesman, Dillon was knowledgeable, straight-forward and easy to make the right deal for me without the hassles of negotiating. Even though I found the car I wanted on their internet sight, Dillon personally inspected the car, and texted me pictures from his personal cell phone. Since I previously worked with Dillon in the past, I knew he was a stand-up guy and would look out for my needs as a senior. He was able to get what I wanted for my trade-in and the deal was made expeditiously without any hassles. The new car was clean, filled with gas for me when I went to pick it up. Matt, Dillon's floor partner was also pleasant and helpful in setting up the Bluetooth system before I left the lot.
