The reason for the lack of the one star that would give this dealership a perfect score is because they “drop the ball” when it comes to following through and being fully prepared to close the deal. When coming to sign papers and pick up our new car, with an appointment time, it really should not end up being a couple more hours spent at the dealership. The salesperson should have the paperwork completely ready to go at the appointment time. More
