Not only did Shaun order my new car to my exact specifications and accept the return of my 2 leased vehicles, but my new car arrived earlier than expected. Shaun had all the paperwork ready and handled everything in record time, allowing me to complete my transactions expeditiously and return home. Lexus of Melbourne has made buying a car a pleasurable experience (FOR THE THIRD TIME!) My wife and I had previously purchased two IS's from them and were having our latest one serviced there (incidentally, the service you get there is second to none). I started wandering through the Lexus certified car lot and saw one that interested me. Without any pressure Shaun came over and asked if he could help. I told him I was just browsing - not buying, AND I MEANT IT! He said fine and asked what I was looking for. I told him I currently had a Prius and, if anything, I wanted some kind of hybrid. He immediately pointed out an ES300h they had just taken in for trade and said it was a pretty good deal. As it turned out it was a deal I couldn't refuse. Despite the fact that I didn't have my Prius with me he and the dealership were able to deal with me on a trade-in contingent on their viewing my car. To seal the deal, Shaun drove the ES300h (with me in it) to my house to check out my car. We go to my house, he looked at my car, he called his manager and said "It's a go." To me this was considerably different from any other car buying experience I ever had I bought the car and am absolutely thrilled with the car, the price, and the very unusual service. I never once felt he sold me a car. I felt I bought it. Oh, I didn't mention my house - and the Prius - were 97 miles from the dealership. NOW THAT'S SERVICE! More
