Update: Service manager called and quickly, and resolved issue very quickly and they are certainly covered in their inspection process, I am not use to dealerships(let alone used car dealerships) that are clearly customer service focused even after the sale is completed! Only complaint - the 82 point inspection apparently does not cover air or cabin filters. If purchasing make sure you check them out! Repair shops charge 90+ for cabin and 50+ for air filter, our cabin filter was falling apart and had so much crude in it was horrible - air filter needed replaced but not nearly as bad! We will certainly buy our next new to us vehicle here! (I leave my concern only as reference if you have an issue, call them there's a great chance they will help correct issue - I'm impressed!)
