I had never bought a brand new car by myself but they were helpful and informative and answered any and all questions I had with patience and confidence. I felt at ease and comfortable purchasing from this dealership. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Preston White was an amazing salesman and if he didn’t know something, since I asked a ton of questions, he found the answer for me quickly and never steered me in the wrong direction. Shane Defoor was also a huge help as well as the finance guy Alfred Polk. Very pleased with my purchase and definitely recommend this dealership anyday! More

Catie was exceptional about working with us via text and email during our busy workday to finalize the sale to limit our wait time during pickup. Cindy and Shane were there to greet us after they closed after we drove three hours from Birmingham to get our new Toyota. Cindy covered all the safety features and let us test drive too! Alfred wrapped up our night with all the paperwork and warranty options. Big thanks to Toyota of Cleveland but also to our local Serra Toyota of Hoover AL who tried to find us a vehicle, they were very accommodating and helpful as well! More

Before visiting the dealership yesterday, I reviewed DealerRater to determine which sales person best suited my personality and preferences. Rod McClelland seemed to meet those specifications, so I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment with him. When I arrived he was quite prepared based on the information I provided when I called for the appointment. Shane DeFoor, Sales Manager, joined the process, providing information as quickly as I asked questions and making certain the overall buying experience was the best it could be. Finally, Alfred Polk provided his expertise in the finance department. Once the decision was made, Alfred completed the paperwork professionally, cordially and efficiently, while also providing warranty, service, and other purchase options and allowing me to determine which were best for me. Throughout my experience, I was very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and no-pressure approach to car buying. Rod showed me exactly what I requested and accompanied me on test drives, showing me various features of the vehicles as I drove. Shane was ever-ready with requested numbers and vehicle information, even effectively explaining the available technology to a low-tech person. I asked for information on 3 options I was considering, received that information in detail, and was allowed to make my decision with information and encouragement, but no pressure. As a single woman who doesn't look forward to the car-buying process, I can say this was the easiest, most pleasant and satisfying car purchase I have made to date. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and cordial; these 3 men went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied with my experience. I would recommend Toyota of Cleveland to anyone, as well as high recommendations for the 3 gentlemen who assisted me. I will undoubtedly return to Toyota of Cleveland for future purchases, as well as for my car service as I have for the past 3 years. They are definitely #1! More

Wonderful Team I found my 3rd Honda Accord '18' on CarGurus. Austin ( salesperson) meet me on the lot when I drove there for a test drive. I had not brought my trade I found my 3rd Honda Accord '18' on CarGurus. Austin ( salesperson) meet me on the lot when I drove there for a test drive. I had not brought my trade (was driving a vehicle from my company) so I went to drive car and see if we would be close to making the numbers work ( 38mi each way). Austin and Shane (Manager) were great the first night. Brought my Honda '13' the next night to do the trade. Then I met the F&I Manager Tim to do the paperwork. Needless to say I was not the easiest deal they did that day (smile). They were great all the way around. I wish all my vehicle buying was that easy. Very professional, outgoing and they make you feel welcome. Nothing but good things to say about this experience. More
