I can't begin to explain how unhappy and disappointed I am that I bought a car here. After we wrote them the check all the friendly service stopped. Over an 90 mins later it was washed but only at 70% and since we had been there for 4 hours we chose to just drive off. 20 miles later we get an alert that we need our cooling system serviced and find out that the dealership isn't processing our tags and didn't notify the DMV that since our car is electric we need a non-expiring vehicle inspection sticker. More

After about 5 min and a conversation with the sales manager we agreed to a very fair price with zero haggling. When we went to the lot a few days later to complete the transaction everyone was very friendly, there was no attempt to “upsell” and the entire process was complete in less than an hour. I’ve probably purchased 20 vehicles in my life and this was hands down the most pleasant and easy. Fantastic experience all around. More
