Above and beyond No matter if I come in for maintenance or it’s time for me to turn in my leased vehicle, I am always treated with respect and kindness. My sales person was Al Hussain; always a pleasure to work with even when I am being less than decisive. He wants to be sure you’re informed before you make your decision and once you do, does all he can to make sure you’re happy. Hassle Free Experience I have been a customer with Heiser Toyota since 2012 and am on my 3rd Rav4. Staff(Sales & Service) very friendly and knowledge. Never felt as if I w I have been a customer with Heiser Toyota since 2012 and am on my 3rd Rav4. Staff(Sales & Service) very friendly and knowledge. Never felt as if I was being pressured into signing on the dotted line and felt that I received a fair deal. On date of delivery Al went over the vehicle in detail and explained new features that I did not have on previous vehicles. He listened to all my questions and if he didn't have the answer he found it for me. I would recommend the dealership for both sales and service. More

Easy no hassle buying experience I worked with Jason at Heiser Toyota and he was very easy to work with. When I finalized the purchase he was very thorough in going over all the features of my new car creating a wonderful buying experience. I ended up financing the car through Toyota as they were able to beat the interest rate my credit union was offering me. More

Toyota Sienna I had a great experience. Trevor knew I was doing my homework and shopping for the best deal and everyone at Heiser did what was necessary to eventua I had a great experience. Trevor knew I was doing my homework and shopping for the best deal and everyone at Heiser did what was necessary to eventually become my best deal. Several other dealerships seemed to get turned off when they figured out I was shopping around for the best deal - Heiser didn’t seem to hold it against me. Even when we got hung up on my trade-in, they kept their word and agreed to my asking price; all while never turning the conversation negative. I’m sure a lot of shoppers say they’re “serious buyers” when in reality they’re just kicking the tires, but Heiser always treated me as if they believed I truly would be buying a new van in a matter of days (which eventually turned out to be true, obviously). That benefit of the doubt was actually pretty rare in my search, and ultimately is a main reason why I gave Heiser every opportunity to be my best price, as they eventually were. Thanks! Brent MacDonald P.S. Roger was awesome, as well. Sometimes the “kill them with kindness” technique can come across a little fake, but Roger seemed very sincere and is an all-around great sales consultant and nice guy. More

Hmm. Do I need a new car? I was not intending to purchase a car the day I went in. I have a much loved 1998 Toyota Sienna that only has 137,000 miles on it. It runs beautifully I was not intending to purchase a car the day I went in. I have a much loved 1998 Toyota Sienna that only has 137,000 miles on it. It runs beautifully. I didn't want to trade it in. My husband has been wanting me to get a new vehicle for about four years. I am quite a collector of things and my van comes in very handy. I happened to see a Toyota ad in my news feed and decided to check out a hatchback in the showroom so I could contemplate the possibilities. I figured a hatchback might fit the bill if and when my can finally gave out (in another 4 years, perhaps). I met up with Alex and explained my demise, wanting a new vehicle and refusing to trade in. This could have been alleviated if you still had the small trucks. I have owned two in the past. That is another story. It was cold and snowy outside so the showroom was my best bet. I took off my heavy winter coat and got comfy in a cute pearl white hatchback. It was awesome, but I kept hitting my knee as I was getting in. I was a bit discouraged but I really like how the back opened up and it seemed very versatile. I liked everything about it except I kept hitting my knee. I figured if I did it my husband surely would. Right next to the pearly beauty was a Corolla sedan. It was blue and very pretty. I decided to give it a try. When I sat in it I marveled at the spaciousness in the front. Lots of elbow room and I liked how the controls were situated. Then I sat in the back seat, and there is where I made my decision. Very roomy. I flip-flopped between the pearly and blue beauty. The back seat of pearly unfortunately was lacking in comparison. What a conundrum. Alex was such a kind listener and throughout my flipflopping reminded me to ask myself what it was I really wanted. A few more times inside each vehicle and I made my choice of which one would suit me the best. Red was my color of choice and Alex pulled up in a red dynamo. We went for a nice test drive while he explained all of the amenities. It also has a moonroof, and partial leather upholstery, which didn't hurt. I left with some remarkable numbers for the price, which allowed me to tell my husband my plan. I can get the new red lovely and keep my white beast. He thought it was a grand idea. Because of Alex's patience and guidance, the improbable scenario of me purchasing a new vehicle that day became a reality. Shagat was also very helpful in explaining the additional insurance available for my new car. I am not a fan of these generally speaking, and have never purchased them in the past. Realizing the new technology on these vehicles made me realize it was a good idea. I keep my vehicles fir long time (21 year old van) so having the insurance should benefit me. My beauty graces my driveway and soon I hope to drive it, as soon as my husband gets his butt out of it😎. More
