Did not use service center only sales. Besides our sales rep, Shannon Olivarez who was very good, the rest of the experience was not. After arriving on 11/23 we were bounced around from internet to others u rep, Shannon Olivarez who was very good, the rest of the experience was not. After arriving on 11/23 we were bounced around from internet to others until finally getting Shannon. The sales experience was acceptable except for the fact that I don’t understand how you include an alarm system and extended warranty without discussing with customer. We returned on 11/25 to finalize the deal and pick up the car. The car was a surprise birthday gift for our grand daughter and Shannon really helped us pull it off. We waited forever to see the finance guy who did the paperwork. He was like a robot and sounded like a recording. After receiving the final packet we discovered a key was missing. We went to lunch and they were able to track down the key. My grand daughter drove home to Thousand Oaks. On Friday, the vehicle wouldn’t start and was taken to a VW dealer in Woodland Hills. On Saturday, with Shannon’ s help, we resolved the problem. They did not remove the alarm system. They remotely inactivated the alarm and they still have to send someone to physically remove it. I came into the dealership to get more information on leasing a Tiguan. IIuri (Yuri) was so helpful and patient with my questions. I have bought a lot of cars, and tend to be a repeat customer when I am treated fairly. I refer a lot of business to good salespeople - something I have done at the Toyota dealership I believe you guys customer when I am treated fairly. I was very happy with the process initially - the salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful and we found the perfect car for my wife. We sat down to work out the numbers and had several passes with the sales manager before finally agreeing on a deal - a process that was handled well, even if I did not get the exact terms I was hoping for - still a good enough deal and a fair process. But after agreeing to a deal on rate and terms, the salesperson left to start the finance process - then the sales manager, who apparently missed what was WRITTEN ON THE PAPER after several rounds of back and forth, sent our salesperson back and said he could not honor those terms after all. A written offer and acceptance - a deal we had discussed and was approved... ridiculous! If my wife had not wanted that particular car, I would have walked away. These kinds of bait and switch tactics are exactly why dealers get a bad reputation and lose business. Candidly, I thought most reputable dealers had abandoned them many years ago. I was and remain shocked that the sales manager would string us along like that and then, after we were committed and ready to purchase, do a last minute switch so he could make a few more bucks at our expense (or maybe he made a mistake and just didn’t want to get into trouble with his boss - who knows). The result is the same - it was a shameless tactic and I can tell you that it is very unlikely my family or I will be back to purchase a car here again. More

Honored costco pricing for the car I wanted, so felt like I got a good deal. The sales people (in-person and internet) were professional, eager, and helpful. Biggest drawback was the whole process took a long time to complete, there was a lot of waiting around. Had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring us the car to test drive since it was in another lot. There was a lot of waiting before and in Finance even though I was upfront about having to leave to get a child from daycare by a certain time. Also, I'm still waiting to get my spare key, since they couldn't locate it at the time of sale. More
