I really enjoyed working with Austin and Luis Bautista. However, I did not enjoy the fact that I had to wait an hour and a half after the deal was made to get into financing. Also once I got into financing, I was in such a hurry that I allowed the finance manager to upsell things I didn’t really want. He was very nice and very efficient but I didn’t realize the things he was offering was going to cost me more money. Not until I got home and read the contract that I realized. More
