Excellent Service - Excellent Repair and Excellent human beings. They went above and beyond the call of duty. On our way from Oklahoma City to Austin, Texas, we broke down on I-35, and had arranged for our beings. They went above and beyond the call of duty. On our way from Oklahoma City to Austin, Texas, we broke down on I-35, and had arranged for our Ford SUV to be towed to the nearest Ford Dealership. It was our great good fortune that it was Seth Wadley, because my daughter, granddaughter and I were stranded with no way to get there; no Lyft or Uber service in the area. They not only sent someone to get us off the highway, but they drove us to the motel where we had to stay while they repaired the vehicle, and picked us up again the next day. The repair was excellent, and the car ran better than ever after their work. If we didn't live over 300 miles away, they'd be our choice for service. People like this help restore faith in humanity. From the very start of entering the building the experience here was nothing less than superb. I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome and offered water and coffee from the start. The receptionist was very bubbly and eager to assist. My salesman, Braylee, was down to earth and a simple young man not over doing any sales pitch but just obviously being his honest and kind self. I was buying a 2020 Mustang GT that had a tuning issue. Braylee brought in Scott Williams who was extremely knowledgeable in the sports car department. He explained what needed to be done and offered $1,000 towards the repair needed. This payment would be sent after I made the repairs. After making the agreement, Braylee sent me to financing where I dealt with a gentleman named Dakota. Dakota was very kind and thorough when going through my financing and warranty details. He was swift and wasted no time getting me in and out. As promised, I received a check in the mail two days after having my car tuned just as Scott explained. I have purchased 7 vehicles from 7 different dealerships. This dealership was 2 1/2 hours from home but after the awesome experience at Seth Wadley, my next vehicle will be purchased here. More

Service department of dealership does not take care of customer. On two occasions, they kept my vehicle over a week, not working on it, but waiting and they had parts in stock. They don't return phone cal customer. On two occasions, they kept my vehicle over a week, not working on it, but waiting and they had parts in stock.
