We have leased three Rogues from NFM. This last time was the best. Not only did we get the car that we wanted at a price that we could live with but the people we worked with were great This last time was the best. After careful thought, I realize there was a lot going on that day. The guys were professional, but the pressure was overkill. I know this process could've been handled better. I sat there for 5 hours and 30 that day. The guys were professional, but the pressure was overkill. I know this process could've been handled better. I sat there for 5 hours and 30 minutes total. We walked in with one type of vehicle in mind and ended up having to settle for a different vehicle with higher payments. There has to be a way this can be done right because on top of all this, the sales guy knew I didn't have $ to put down and ended up having to give $500 which is towards the roof over my head just to make the payment better. I just can't see myself doing this. I don't know why Nissan does things this way, but they do and this is not ethically correct to the customer. When a customer feels pressured, trapped, but in need of a vehicle, anything is better than nothing at that moment. This is not right. I'm not a totally happy customer. More
