Not only was I taken care of very professionally, I also felt as I was taken care of as if I were a family member of his. He was amazing!! Very honest and helped me find my perfect car!! Peter was also great when dealing with the paperwork and getting everything done at its best! My boyfriend and I have never felt so comfortable in a dealership, even just waiting in there extremely cozy lounge where we were offered a variety of snacks and drinks while relaxing on their comfortable couches watching tv. Overall great experience! Thank you guys so much, and I couldn't be any happier with my car!! More

Mat kept me in the loop as to how long it was going to be before the car arrived and when to expect to come into the dealership to fill out the paperwork. He coordinated my phone and car start, my Bluetooth ect, and sign me up for the class for all the IT accessories in the car. This was all done in a very timely manner. I the met Al Ramos, who was so efficient and organized getting his paperwork completed. Also so very nice to talk to and no question was considered silly. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable about filling out financial papers, he made it all a great experience. I am extremely happy to have come back a second time for a lease at Hoffman Lexus, from Sebastian, Matt and Al they all made me feel like family and they remember who you are, and I was not there ,all that much in 2 years! A very nice experience dealing with everyone. I walked into Hoffman Lexus convinced I wouldn't be able to afford a Lexus SUV and I told Sebastian to just tell me if he thought I was out of my leag I walked into Hoffman Lexus convinced I wouldn't be able to afford a Lexus SUV and I told Sebastian to just tell me if he thought I was out of my league hoping I could stay under $40,000, but still get a new vehicle. He said I wasn't out of my league and had Mark Pfahler take care of me. I actually purchased a brand new 2015 Lexus NX almost fully loaded for under $40,000 and I believe I received a fair trade in amount on my 2012 Subaru. The only question I ask myself is if I should have purchased the Simoniz. Everything I read says it's a scam and a waste of money and the dealers make a huge profit on it. I would be very sad to learn this is true, but I do believe I paid way too much for it. Mark was very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Hoffman Lexus to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. It would be nice if you could move out of East Hartford and closer to Middletown. :) More
