85,000 mile checkup Every time I go for service it is a great experience! I choose to stay instead of taking a loaner and they have coffee and flavored water, breakfast Every time I go for service it is a great experience! I choose to stay instead of taking a loaner and they have coffee and flavored water, breakfast if I had wanted it, and I can comfortably sit and use their wi-fi to work. Everyone is super nice! I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't need much work done- they are so honest! And my car was all washed and ready in no time! Previously I got free wheel alignment at another company where I bought tires and thought I would save money going there, but they stripped my lug nuts and I ended up spending $150 to correct it. Those other companies are not careful at all! More

Great experience all around The GM Sebastian made time for us on a very busy sales event day and we ended up buying a new car instead of the pre-owned car we had come to view. Anthony Lopez was our salesperson and was very conscientious in following up with us and keeping us apprised of each step toward taking possession of the car. Al Ramos, the business manager, was very good and gave us some excellent advice about taking advantage of the Lexus financing versus the home equity line we had planned on using.
