VERY IMPRESSIVE As a first time Lexus owner, I am impressed with the dealership. The way customers are treated is really second to none. I am not a fan of car-shopping, yet Rick Gomez made the experience very pleasant. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly too. The leasing paperwork was handled with the utmost efficiency by Al Ramos, who is both welcoming and proficient. The technology-expert service is a fabulous idea -Rebecca was so helpful and accommodating, coming to my house rather than me having to go to the dealership. Derrick, one of the Service Department's technology experts is another asset to the dealership - his mannerism and willingness to go the extra mile just further clarify the mission of the dealership. All of the employees I had the pleasure of dealing with represents A-1 service! The after-sale contact by the dealership, is exceptional, lending credence to the obvious of how deeply committed the dealership is to customer satisfaction. More

I'm purchasing a Pre-Owned 2012 Honda Pi So far so great! Jessica and Ryan are an outstanding representation, of what customer service is all about. I'm purchasing a Pre-Owned 2012 Honda Pilot. Yes I know they're a Lexus dealer. But the car was a trade in. I don't live in the area of the dealership. (About 100 miles away) So I had to work everything out via correspondence and phone. What a team! I have to say, of all the dealers that I have dealt with over the years, this has been the best experience so far. My son and I are excited, to find out when to pick up the the vehicle. I will keep all posted on the rest of the process. Tune in.... 09/01/2015 UPDATE: We used a one way rental, to get to Hoffman. It wasn't clear, if we were taking the vehicle, the day that my son and I arrived at Hoffman. There was a few issues with the DMV in Massachusetts, and my insurance provider. But Ryan was working that all out. Keep in mind I was buying the vehicle 'sight unseen'. I took a leap of faith with Hoffman. The truck was in very good shape. Needed to be cleaned up on the inside and detailed. The rear cargo cover needed to be fit into the vehicle still. And a few body details needed to be managed. All this was addressed by Ryan and his sales manager. Price was fair, but compared to comparable 'Certified' vehicles in the same area, the price was a bit higher than average. Because the vehicle was not ready to be taken home, they put my son and I in a loaner. This I though, was very professional of them to offer, and very accommodating. Had a little snafu with some of the paperwork on VIN etching, but that was resolved quickly. About 5 days later I got the call that all was done. They drove my truck up to me 120 miles. They were fantastic for doing this. But there was some things that were lacking. The truck was NOT detailed as promised. Most of the body items were addressed and the listed 'Owed' items were addressed. The driver that delivered the vehicle, pointed out the condition of the tires which looked fine to me at first, but I'm not a mechanic or expert on this. When I went to inspect the vehicle, it failed. One inspection station would not even let me drive in. They said there were two major issues wrong. The front window tint. Which was 'wicked' dark. And the tread life on the tires. 2 inspection stations said the same exact thing. I called Ryan and Jim (in service) about what was going on. They arranged for a driver to bring me another loaner and take the truck in to address all issues. Detail the truck, remove the tint, replace the tires in question, a moderate sounding rattle from the headliner, a loose windshield molding, loose foam insulation in the fender causing a rubbing sound when opening and closing the door (Loose from the fender having been removed or an accident that was not reported). So there was a list. It did need a high beam headlight, but I just put that in myself since I was going to get it inspected at the time. So Jeff, one of the service representatives, came to swap vehicles. He looked over all the concerns and noticed the tires without saying a thing. "yes these should have never left the dealership." So I was at ease, that all would be taken care of, and the 'Trust', that they are driven by will shine through as it has. But I need to take away a star until I see what happens. Is Hoffman a 'diamond in the ruff', or just a 'lump of coal' like most dealers. More to come..... Stay tuned...... More

From Management to Sales and even the Service Associates that provided me input, I felt like they all truly were in my corner looking out for my best interests. Kevin Schofield is awesome to work with if you are looking for a Sales Consultant. Be strikes the right balance of product knowledge, willingness to make you happy and staying interested as long as I needed support. Too many good things to write here. 5 Stars for the New Guy I was one of Eddie's first customer--He's great. He really went the extra mile. He was always upbeat and honest. He was never rushed. I didn't feel like he was trying to squeeze the most juice out of me. At the end of the day, he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. In that he was new, he didn't know all the answers. When I asked him a stumper, he wouldn't BS me. He just said, " I'll get back to you on that," and he always did. The rest of the crew was very good as well. Special thank you to Sebastian who was great. Usually the closer can be a pain, but like Eddie, he was intent on making sure I was happy with my purchase and that I felt like I was getting my money's worth. Buying a car is not something I enjoy but these guys made it quite pleasant. More

New Car Purchase - 2015 NX Foy (Woody), Sebastian and Peter were exceptional in providing professional service excellence and representing what I have become accustomed to with Foy (Woody), Sebastian and Peter were exceptional in providing professional service excellence and representing what I have become accustomed to with Hoffman Lexus. Woody made me feel very comfortable, he was not a push sales person, he knew his business. Sebastian was more then obliging in assuring the deal was closed the evening I bought the NX. Peter went out of his way to find me an exceptional financing rate and made the whole process painless. The whole NX purchase was seamless. As information my partner picked up his new Lexus RX350 at 4pm on Wednesday, 5/27/15 from Woody. I spoke to Woody about my interest in the NX and he pulled one right out for me to test drive, I went home to get the 2009 RX that I was going to use as a trade in and by 6pm I was purchasing a 2015 NX. I felt very pleased with the minimal negotiation price process and Woody/Sebastian approving the purchase. I felt so good that I think the deal was fair to me and fair to Lexus. Because of Woody & Sebastian Hoffman Lexus sold 2 cars (1-2015 RX350 and 1-2015 NX) to the same household on that Wednesday. As information I have been a loyal Hoffman Lexus customer stick with Hoffman Lexus because of the quality of the product, professional sales/financial staff and top notch service department. Hoffman Lexus staff goes beyond expectation every contact either on the telephone or in person. I want to personally say "Thank You" for providing such professional service. More
