I felt slightly pressured by the finance manager to purchase warranties and other extras but I stood my ground and kept saying no, no, no, which was uncomfortable, but that's how dealerships make money so I do not hold it against them. Anthony even helped me move all my stuff from my old car to the new car, in the pouring rain. Very nice man and excellent sales person. A+ More

Everyone was very professional and down to earth, especially my sales person Tom Ryan. A dent needed to be fixed, minor scratches on the door handles needed to be fixed, floor mats needed to be replaced, a scuff on the mirror needed to be fixed, and the there was a tiny crack in the windshield.. Everything was immediately fixed and now the car looks brand new. We are very happy with our new car and happy we went to Hoffman Lexus, it was a great experience. More
