The service department is populated by nice, friendly people whose competence I find suspect. I made an online appointment to bring in my 7 year old C-Max for a non-working horn and their "Works" package people whose competence I find suspect. I made an online appointment to bring in my 7 year old C-Max for a non-working horn and their "Works" package (oil change, tire rotate and checks). I added a note that I had purchased an extended warranty from Ricart several years ago. Service rep called with an estimate of several hundred dollars to fix horn.I asked about extended warranty and she said it wasn't covered. I replied that if a non=working horn wasn't covered what was covered? She said she'd check and very soon after called back to say it was covered. So if a check was so easy was she being lazy or trying to charge me extra? (The warranty has a $100 deductible) When I went to pick up the car the bill was approximately $12 more than the total of the Works package and the deductible. I asked a service rep why and he couldn't explain why and neither could another rep who he consulted. They adjusted the bill and then the second rep came back to say the difference as because my car required full synthetic oil, not the semi included in the package.Nobody told me about that and this wasn't the first time I'd gotten that package for the car. He said they would not reverse the adjustment they'd made to the bill and then made a comment about not changing the synthetic oil out for semi.Admittedly I wasn't listening closely at that point. Nice people to work with but it shouldn't require that much work. More

We paid in full, $21,499. 99 from Ricart Automotive Group on 9/20/2023 where we were not told several things up front: the moon roof motor was not working even though it was fo 99 from Ricart Automotive Group on 9/20/2023 where we were not told several things up front: the moon roof motor was not working even though it was found in the point inspection at their dealership, it was not disclosed. There was also a Road Worthy Warranty for 30 days or 1st 1,000 miles (this was not told to us). The sales person was Josuel Salcedo and I notified him 9/22/2023 that I noticed my moon roof was not working. He said he would let the service department know to see what they could do since it was "as is." I didn't hear back. On 10/5/23 (15 days from purchase), my husband was out of town for business with the vehicle and noted front under carriage loose sounding bearings>? And...white/blue smoke coming out of the exhaust with burning oil smells. He took the vehicle to FORD ASE certified mechanic who said it was 2 possible high costing problems and to notify the dealership immediately. Called 10/6/23 notifying again the non-working moon roof motor we never heard back from, the undercarriage noise & smoking exhaust/smell. They said bring in Monday, 10/9, but never heard time. We called 10/9 to confirm time, but they had NO appt noted or problems noted and said they couldn't get us in until 10/12. We had 4k High Def video showing blueish white smoke. They said we had driven 300 miles over the 1,000 limit that they didn't tell us when purchasing. This could have been avoided if they would not have errored when scheduling us the first time then not able to get us in. They were willing to review and see if they would cover anything. Zero charge: fixed moon roof motor, said they fixed the undercarriage, but couldn't reduplicate the smoking. Told us to let them know if it happened again. Happened 4 more times, made another 4k video and sent video to their internal messaging & brought back 11/2/23. They said they would give us a loaner & never said we would need to pay for it, but day later said charge us $45/daily. They have said they can't do anything since cant reduplicate smoke or it's just normal to have this smoke. Said tightened sway-bar links again. Told us next time to take the car to another dealer and not back to them, although the warranty is through Ricart....Now they refuse to look at the car at all. Filed a BBB Complaint and they are refusing to work through that also. More

I took my Ford 2018 f150 for automatic headlight issues and software updates. They said they software update would cost $175 and headlight diagnostic is $149. They said automatic headlight was working as designed. I bought this truck 2 years before but still I am not seeing headlights turn on automatically while driving in night at dark places. I have other suv which has automatic headlights and works perfectly. More

I purchased my Ford F-150 there 10 years ago and they've been servicing my car as well as my wife's Ford ever since. And now they are servicing my sons new to him Cadillac. It's been a wonderful experience so far dealing with the Ricart Dealership and the people here. Just like anything, there can be a hiccup or 2 but it's never been a situation that couldn't get resolved through communication. Otherwise it's truly been excellent. I've dealt with the same service adviser, Sean Williams, pretty much since day one. He has been truly excellent in his service to myself and my family. I feel that he and his staff have at many times gone above and beyond to provide 5 star service and its extremely appreciated. Looking forward to the next 10 years as a continued customer of Ricart Ford! More

I bought a used truck from the Ricart used car factory. I just performed the first oil change on the truck I bought over the Father's Day weekend. I found the oil filter to be extremely loose and leaking o I just performed the first oil change on the truck I bought over the Father's Day weekend. I found the oil filter to be extremely loose and leaking oil everywhere. The oil filter was so loose that I could remove it with my hand no tools needed at all to remove the filter. For anyone that reads these reviews I would not buy a vehicle from Ricart Ford at all. I have had nothing but trouble since the very first day and I am being extremely honest I mean the very first day I bought the truck I had trouble. Ricart would not and I mean would not help me out in any way in getting the truck fixed that I bought. The only thing that saved me was the extended warranty I bought which was extremely high priced for an extended warranty. I should not had to have used the extended warranty to fix the issues due to the truck literally being just bought. Be very leery of buying anything from Ricart!! More

Ricart Service is #1 Brad took the best care of us and my fusion. My air conditioner was out, not a big concern for winter time, but I am wanting to be ready for summer.
