Ganley Kia has been helpful in resolving my recall problem. It has taken longer than I anticipated but I was recovering from shoulder surgery and didn’t miss not having my car. However, when my wife problem. It has taken longer than I anticipated but I was recovering from shoulder surgery and didn’t miss not having my car. However, when my wife went to collect the car, she hadn’t driven two miles when something fell off the bottom of the car. She took it straight back to the dealership and now it will be another 4-5 day before I get the car back. Frustrating to be sure. I’m sure I’ll be pleased with the results when I get my car back! My purchase of a new 2023 Kia Sportage SX in early June of 2022 was smooth and efficient at only 2 hours as I had already researched and test-driven models. I may do oil changes elsewhere during travel, and will install engine and cabin filters myself, but the dealer service has been outstanding and reliable so I use them often. Also, the continuity of the service advisor, Harry Parmar, has tracked recommended service items I had deferred on the previous visit. More
