My wife and I purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey from Koby a couple of months ago. Before coming in, I specifically called and was told there were no mandatory add-on packages included in the price. However, after test driving the vehicle, we were shown what I believe was a $1,750 protection package that had already been installed on the vehicle. After negotiating, we agreed on a purchase price and were informed that the vehicle only came with one key. We were told the previous owner was going to mail in the second key, and that it would then be forwarded to us. It has now been a couple of months, and despite multiple phone calls, I have not received any updates or follow-up regarding the second key. Please provide an update on the status of the key at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Michael Knight More

VERY untrustworthy! I had spoke with Braden from sales expressing interest in a car they had. Today came and we were ready to pull the trigger. We sold our car in the morning and had cash ready to buy. We called the dealership and Braden was off they handed me off to Anthony. We went back and forth at least 4x even going as far to let them know we were coming with an ETA. Once we got there we were told someone else was buying the car!. We drove for over two hours for a complete waste. I have no car now and have to use company car until we find another car. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. This place is horrible. If your a glutton for punishment this is your place! Check BBB they have an F rating. HMMM! More
