The best Ford Service and new car dealership in GA. I got not one but two new Fords, and they made the process easy and quick. I had a great experience at the Jim Ellis service department. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful and kind. As a female I often feel uneasy talking shop on cars and like I'm being disregard department. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful and kind. As a female I often feel uneasy talking shop on cars and like I'm being disregarded, but all the guys were very transparent and helpful with my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this service department. And Sean was a great help getting me in touch with all the right people and being available for questions himself. More

Mr. Thomas was very professional, and he took all the stress off the paperwork by being very honest. Being a Ford Family, We buy more than 2 Ford every year, he made the transition very easy. I am frustrated with Jim Ellis because the car we bought was brand new 2023 last week, but it did have 3500 miles. We drove from Augusta (159 miles) to get there in rain. The car wasn't serviced because it showed 34% oil change and none of tire pressures were the same. I been trying to get my code for keypad. I open glove box and the keypad code or manual wasn't is in it , but a brochure for getting piercing was left in car. If I was Jim Ellis, I would have detail car inside and service More

Ford is absolutely the worst. I will never buy another Ford again! Earlier this month, I took my car in for a transmission malfunction. They supposedly fixed the problem and charg I will never buy another Ford again! Earlier this month, I took my car in for a transmission malfunction. They supposedly fixed the problem and charged me $1,500. I picked it up that Wednesday, and by Friday, the car was experiencing the same issue. I had the car towed back to the shop, and 30 minutes after the tow, my Ford service agent called to inform me that my front grill shutter and oil pan were cracked. The tow company showed me how they picked up my car, clearly proving they did no damage. Ford damaged my car when they picked it up and refuses to take accountability for it. Due to their negligence and lack of responsibility, my car has been marked a total loss. If they had fixed the problem correctly the first time, I wouldn’t be in this mess. Don’t buy Ford and don’t come here. More

In a post Covid world where service is somewhat demenished, NOT HERE! These guys seamed to have doubled down on Customer Service. Just go and experience it for yourself. Great response and the team worked to make sure we knew available options so we could make the decision on our new F350. Andre was terrfic to work with and has the customers needs in mind for financing and available options so we could make the decision on our new F350.
