We are very impressed with their skill and technical knowledge in repairing our car. They were so patient and compassionate when dealing with our issue. He was patient, reliable and answered all of my millions of questions. I ended up buying out my lease and he did a great job getting me a good rate. I highly recommend Greg Fielding at Leith BMW. My car has been in the service shop since Mon, June 17th 8am! It took almost 2 weeks for me to even get an update! I wasn't provided a loaner & I'm still without my car that I'm making payments on! I shared 8am! It took almost 2 weeks for me to even get an update! I wasn't provided a loaner & I'm still without my car that I'm making payments on! I shared my service report with several family members and other service providers...the amount of issues with this car in just 3 years in concerning for a "reputable" dealership like this! I purchased the car here, it's financed here, and ALL service has been performed here...why is this car in such poor condition? This is extremely poor performance! I just opened a case with the corporate office and will escalate this matter until I receive a fair resolution! More
