Sometimes A Less is more. ...sorry for the bad pun but Ales is a terrific representative of the Raleigh BMW. Greg Fielding was great to work with! My lease was coming to an end and I did not know if I was going to buy it out or lease a new one. I met with Greg and he showed me the new one and wo My lease was coming to an end and I did not know if I was going to buy it out or lease a new one. I met with Greg and he showed me the new one and worked up pricing. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but he didn’t push for me to take the deal. He was patient, reliable and answered all of my millions of questions. I ended up buying out my lease and he did a great job getting me a good rate. I highly recommend Greg Fielding at Leith BMW. You won’t be disappointed. I look forward to working with him again when I lease another car. More

My car has been in the service shop since Mon, June 17th 8am! It took almost 2 weeks for me to even get an update! I wasn't provided a loaner & I'm still without my car that I'm making payments on! I shared 8am! It took almost 2 weeks for me to even get an update! I wasn't provided a loaner & I'm still without my car that I'm making payments on! I shared my service report with several family members and other service providers...the amount of issues with this car in just 3 years in concerning for a "reputable" dealership like this! I purchased the car here, it's financed here, and ALL service has been performed here...why is this car in such poor condition? This is extremely poor performance! I just opened a case with the corporate office and will escalate this matter until I receive a fair resolution! More

Despite having previously leased three, new wonderful 7-series sedans with Leith, I feel this 530i more than meets my current needs. I can't say enough good things about Ales. He helped me with outstanding issues on my 740 return, listened patiently to me as I reviewed my leasing financial model with him, served as a strong advocate for getting me the deal I wanted, and gave me a tutorial on the new BMW infotainment system.
