I purchased an extended warranty from Sean Bradford. This was one of most unprofessional transactions i have ever had at a dealer. I was hoping to stablish a relationship wight the dealer as I need to f This was one of most unprofessional transactions i have ever had at a dealer. I was hoping to stablish a relationship wight the dealer as I need to find a service dealer but Mr Bradford carelessness has left a bad taste in my mouth. I emailed him a couple of times trying to purchase the warranty and he never responded, my co worker who purchased a vehicle from your dealership is the reason I contacted Mr. Bradford. After unanswered emails my coworker went to the dealer and had Mr. Bradford called me and that is when I finally was able to purchase the warranty. I asked Mr Bradford for the receipt and paperwork and he said I would get it via email. I waited and got and email with wrong information so I text Mr. Bradford and he stated it was a mistake I'm his part and he would send the right paperwork. After a day I still had no receipt or paperwork for the warranty $2800. I text again and no response, I again text and called but got a message that he was busy but will get me the receipt/paperwork and never got it. I send another text the following morning expressing my disappointment with the transaction and I finally got my receipt. Why do i need to wait 2 days before I can get a receipt for something I paid for ?I don't understand. More
