Everything went well until it came time to pay off my trade in. I did not owe anything on my lease, I was month to month. They waited for another payment to be processed by Acura financial before they pa trade in. I did not owe anything on my lease, I was month to month. Then told me they would send the payoff to Acura financial that I owed the day I traded the car in for the new lease. But instead they sent the payoff after I made another payment.
