New car purchasing made easy.` We went to Honda World to get our 2016 Honda CRV serviced, knowing we had only 4 lease payments left on it. Soon after arriving, their service depart We went to Honda World to get our 2016 Honda CRV serviced, knowing we had only 4 lease payments left on it. Soon after arriving, their service department, who is second to none, began the process of servicing our car. We decided to browse the showroom and look into what our options were for our end of lease. That's when we met Lewis Ray, a nine year veteran of the sales force at Honda World, and he was very cordial and absolutely no pressure at all. After discussing our options, we ask to see a new 2018 CRV in the color SandStorm, which Lewis accommodated us, and accompanied us on a test drive, he was very informative on the upgrades found on the 2018 model compared to our 2016. In no time, we realized the benefits of updating to the new model, and after some low pressure negotiations, ending up leasing a New Honda CRV from Lewis Ray! All the sales support team were eager to help us, and made us feel very comfortable. This was our fourth new CRV to purchase from Honda World , we are convinced there is no finer investment than the appreciating value of the CRV. In fact, at one point in our life, my wife, and two of our three daughters drove Honda CRV's all at the same time! Thank you for a great car buying experience!!! I first came to Honda World to test drive a new 2018 CR-V EX. I owned a 2014 CR-V EX I bought used and wanted to trade up. Scott Wood helped me with I first came to Honda World to test drive a new 2018 CR-V EX. I owned a 2014 CR-V EX I bought used and wanted to trade up. Scott Wood helped me with that and I loved the car! I explained I had to talk it over with my husband and he said "Don't worry, we'll take care of you" And they did!!! I did shop around and Honda World was our best option. I decided on the dark olive metallic that I test drove after seeing it in the sunlight... Wow! But the only ones in stock (EX) were demo cars. Scott told us a new one was on the way and very close. Two days later (I had to work 13 hrs the next day) we had an appt with Scott at 9:30 am and by noon we were out the door with my new car. How often does that happen???? Tailor Tandy helped us with explaining all the new technical toys I was getting. That was thrilling... I had no idea about all the things the new cars can now do! I intend to take the class they offer. Thanks to John Kelly and, Brendan Byrne to help complete the process. Thank you so much to this team who make a normally harrowing experience easy. And today (the very next day) is my birthday. This is a good one!!! We got a great price, a great trade-in value and a great feeling about buying a new car! More
