Thank you for a great car buying experience!!! I first came to Honda World to test drive a new 2018 CR-V EX. I owned a 2014 CR-V EX I bought used and wanted to trade up. Scott Wood helped me with I first came to Honda World to test drive a new 2018 CR-V EX. I owned a 2014 CR-V EX I bought used and wanted to trade up. Scott Wood helped me with that and I loved the car! I explained I had to talk it over with my husband and he said "Don't worry, we'll take care of you" And they did!!! I did shop around and Honda World was our best option. I decided on the dark olive metallic that I test drove after seeing it in the sunlight... Wow! But the only ones in stock (EX) were demo cars. Scott told us a new one was on the way and very close. Two days later (I had to work 13 hrs the next day) we had an appt with Scott at 9:30 am and by noon we were out the door with my new car. How often does that happen???? Tailor Tandy helped us with explaining all the new technical toys I was getting. That was thrilling... I had no idea about all the things the new cars can now do! I intend to take the class they offer. Thanks to John Kelly and, Brendan Byrne to help complete the process. Thank you so much to this team who make a normally harrowing experience easy. And today (the very next day) is my birthday. This is a good one!!! We got a great price, a great trade-in value and a great feeling about buying a new car! More

I felt like the entire team held my hand through the whole process. I walked out feeling like I made the right purchase at the right time and place, and with some great folks! When it was time to service my vehicle, my service advisor, Kathy Hawkins, was just as AMAZING as Scott was the day I purchased my car! Her personality was incredible. I wondered...where does Honda find these great folks, or do they give them a "good talkin' to" before the day begins? Kathy has such a fun, outgoing personality, and was ready to help service my vehicle. I felt no pressure to do extra things, even when I asked..."what would you do?" She never pushed. I appreciate that. Even better, I found out that she and another service lady rescued two kittens from being trapped in the wheel or in some hidden spot of a car somehow (we all know how cats love to cozy up in spots of cars sometimes), and I was DEFINITELY SOLD on Honda World even more!!!!!!! I remember my salesman was a dog lover, as am I. I LOVE HONDA WORLD!!!!!!!!! You hire great folks, and I'm proud to say I bought my vehicle from such a wonderful group of people who not only care for people, but for fur babies, too. Great service, great people, and if I could go on and on, I would, but people would think I was paid to write this out. I do have one additional thing to say about the lady who was so kind to check on everyone in the lounge while we waited for our vehicles to be serviced. I wish I would've got her name, but she was absolutely PRECIOUS!!!! She told me about the water in the fridge, the coffee, and apples provided, and she came around and checked a few times, asking if I or anyone needed anything. She was WONDERFUL. TOP NOTCH, Honda!!!!!! I'm impressed and highly recommend Honda World!!!! More
