Scott Wood was my salesperson and he worked with me via email for about a month prior to the purchase to help get the deal together and finalized. Solomon Sandalo worked with us the day of the purchase to help us learn the vehicles and get us on our way. Finally Ryan Carter in finance helped us to understand and to finalize all of the paperwork for the deal. A very easy and enjoyable experience. This is my second time buying a new Honda here and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. More

I got no pressure to purchase during any of our interactions, which I really appreciated. Scott was available by phone, text, and email, and his responses were quick. When it came time to negotiate a price, I feel we both settled at a price that was fair. The delivery specialist, Eric, was very thorough in explaining the various parts of my new car. He also took the time to ask me my preferences and make the settings on the car. Jeani was competent and showed me the various warranties and insurances that were available. She also offered no pressure on me to purchase anything, though I did. I was not pressured to upgrade. Though the entire process, once I decided to purchase, still took quite some time before I could drive off the lot, it was a nice visit and I was given the information I needed to make an informed decisiion. More
