My father is not the easiest customer to deal with but Scott did a wonderful job and took everything in stride. He worked with me and gave us a fantastic deal and stuck to the numbers he gave us. He followed up with me often before we picked up the car and tried to give us an expedited experience by getting as much paperwork done as possible prior to my coming in for the car. He had everything set up and when we went outside to look at the car, I noticed some smudge marks. Scott himself went out while we were finishing up with the financial people to clean all the small marks off. He was courteous, helpful, and honest. I could not have asked for a better experience.
