Scott took the time, even went on line with me to make sure they were offering the best competitive pricing (I had already done my research and they were), explained the differences in the packages and even lined up 3 cars when I was trying to decide the color. Once I took possession of my car, Scott went through every possible option I would need to know about and then sat in the car and went over all of the dash board functions. He then called me 2 times in the next week to make sure everything was OK. Pretty amazing. I financed my car and assumed the bank would be the best option but it wasn’t. Patrick Connelly – Finance Manager, was able to get me a great rate that beat my own bank. Again, no pressure. He explained the options, pros and cons that I could get with the car and then let me decide. Everyone I came in contact with - Scott, Patrick, Mike, Andrew…. She was straight forward and helpful. I then went in person and spoke with my salesperson Scott Wendling. Scott was terrific also. Hands down, best Honda dealer in relation to others in my area. I even drove an hour away because of their business practice. Overall a very pleasant experience. I'm so glad I now know the Honda dealer I would definitely go back to and highly recommend to everyone. There was no game playing. I knew the figures going in and they did not fluctuate. I like a straight up dealer rather than a salesman who talks in circles or a dealer that charges high fees in the buying process. DCHKay Honda was very fair. I'm very happy. Love my Honda Accord LX. It may be the base model, but it has many good features including blue tooth and back-up camera. If you are in the market for a Honda, don't even waste your time with other dealers. I traveled to Eatontown from Whiting because I was referred to the dealership (specifically to Scott Wendling). It was a pleasure dealing with Scott who was very knowledgeable about the CRV and really went above and beyond to locate the color that I wanted. In addition, Scott took the time to go through all the electroncis (built-in bluetooth, audio, navi) which could be quite overwhelming to a new car buyer. (My first CRV is a 2008 and doesn't have any of the newer electronics). A special thanks to Scott!! More

I figured it was time for change. I initiated a purchase quote via an online service and heard back from DCH right away. When I arrived to the dealership ready to purchase about 10 days later, I was assigned to Scott. I found him very easy to work with. He seemed pretty knowledgeable about vehicle features and seemed interested in keeping me happy! My purchase was complete in 3.5 hours.
