Felt like I was being held hostage when they take your car key. Didn’t care for the added extra costs to the vehicle especially the fee they charge for getting the auto prepped for resell. That I feel is on them and the cost of reselling autos. You come in happy about the price and go out feeling sad about the extra cost. They really don’t explain enough about the process. I haven’t purchased a vehicle in 22 years. A lot has changed. In and out in one day. Who thought. More
