Little disappointed that I don’t continue to get my free maintenance on my car I’ve always had it and I’m not happy that I’m not getting it. I want it back. Felt like I was being held hostage when they take your car key. Didn’t care for the added extra costs to the vehicle especially the fee they charge for getting the auto prepped for resell.
