I appreciate his initial effort, but consistent communication would have made the experience much better. More

Your waiting area is located on the main showroom floor and seems out of place for a higher-end dealership. Also, could you improve the snacks for your clients? Considering how much cars like ours cost to service, the dealership could afford to spend a bit more money on things like these. More
