The worst service I ever received at a car dealership! I brought my car in for service 3x and still wasn’t able to get the job done I was told my parts needed to be order to come back ( I live 1:45 away! I brought my car in for service 3x and still wasn’t able to get the job done I was told my parts needed to be order to come back ( I live 1:45 away! (So they refused to give me a loaner) so I wasted gas each visit. Which the sales rep knew !) they said my part would be in by Monday Feb 16th 2026 I called to double check my schedule time and no one called back. Just a text reminder of the date, on the assumption the part was there Feb 23rd 2026 after 2 hour they told me my car is ready but what I went in for wasn’t completed ! I have made more blank trips to sort my car that initially had a defect day of purchase unfortunately, and no other dealer would take my car because of the 30 days grace period! More

Absolutely the worst experience ever buying a car. Out of state purchase and completely left hanging without tags for the car and they sent a water damaged vehicle with several problems that will cost Out of state purchase and completely left hanging without tags for the car and they sent a water damaged vehicle with several problems that will cost over $3400 to repair the car smells like mold and had a cracked windshield and trunk door buttons don’t work either. Damage to the interior none of which were disclosed before purchase. I paid the taxes to the dealership but they didn’t pay the state and now won’t return my phone calls or text messages. This is an ongoing problem that I can’t get resolved with this dealership. I left messages for the store manager and no response. I’m disabled and I told them up front so that they could help me along with the purchase but they absolutely left me hanging. I feel completely conned here on this $35,500 vehicle. I’m extremely disappointed and upset that they would treat me so poorly. Also the key fob doesn’t work and battery was dead so I had to replace that too. 🤯 More
