Michael Duggan & Scott went above and beyond to answer all my questions, walk me through the options, and make sure I felt confident in my decision. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and pressure free which is rare at most dealerships! The finance department made everything quick and easy, and I left feeling like I got a great deal with zero stress. My new 2026 Acura MDX Tech is perfectly beautiful, and exactly what I wanted, Canyon Blue with light grey leather interior. If you’re looking for honesty, great service, and a team that treats you with respect, I highly recommend Acura of Pembroke Pines. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next car. More

I bought my car in cash and they messed up with the title and now I’m asking them for electronic copy which the state tells me that they have a copy but they won’t give it to me instead they’re telling me to and now I’m asking them for electronic copy which the state tells me that they have a copy but they won’t give it to me instead they’re telling me to go to a title company to get it and pay for it so why is it that this dealership will not give me my title? I feel that they need to give me my title there an electronic copy available. The state of Florida told me that so why is it? They will not provide me my title is it because I don’t want to accept that they made a mistake. More

I had a great experience at Acura of Pembroke Pines. After visiting multiple dealerships in Miami and dealing with unprofessional service and inflated prices, this place was a breath of fresh air. I worked with James Chalmers, whose many years of experience were immediately evident. He was straightforward, didn’t play any of the usual number games, and wasted no time helping me get a fair deal on my trade. We were able to come to a great agreement that worked for both of us. The sales manager, Scott, also stopped by to introduce himself. He was friendly and welcoming, and even made sure we had snacks and refreshments. These are the small things that made a big difference in the overall experience. In finance, Sean was just as helpful. He was informative, kind, and even matched the same interest rate I was offered through another credit union, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Acura of Pembroke Pines to anyone shopping for a vehicle. The professionalism, transparency, and courtesy here truly set them apart. More
